Job Description
As a Research Assistant, you will support global research operations by identifying industry experts, conducting background research, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with senior professionals, contribute to critical insights, manage data, and support high-quality research engagements across diverse markets and industries.

The Qualifications We Seek
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, statistics, or related field
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns in market data and industry trends
- Excellent research skills with the ability to quickly learn about new industries and business concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior executives
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating effectively with team members

- Knowledge of various industry sectors and business terminology
- Background in conducting interviews or qualitative research
- Understanding of financial markets and investment decision-making processes
Your Daily Tasks
Research & Expert Identification
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and recruit qualified industry experts across multiple sectors
- Review literature, industry reports, and databases to build market understanding
- Perform targeted searches using LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks
- Evaluate expert qualifications for alignment with research objectives
Project Support & Coordination
- Support senior research staff in developing methodologies and frameworks
- Schedule and coordinate expert consultations, meetings, surveys, and roundtable events
- Prepare materials and background documents for client calls and meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and track project milestones
Data Collection & Analysis
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews with potential experts
- Collect, record, and organize research data following quality protocols
- Support survey design and implementation
- Assist in analyzing findings and preparing summary reports
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Maintain detailed records of screenings, activities, and communications
- Support audit-ready documentation and version control
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage correspondence with clients, experts, and stakeholders
- Process scheduling requests, expenses, and attendance records
- Maintain organized databases and project files
- Participate in team meetings and process-improvement initiatives
